How much would you tips the hairdresser at hair salon on 2021?

Well, I really hope this limited range is worthy and not just an automatic response.. i feel the tip depends on the standard of service and a spotlight given to detail given to you as a client. In no way would I ever routinely just tip a selected percent, "just because" that is what i feel I "should" do.

I usually tip in the 20% range, but I also take care about amount of time they spend for me and the level of my attention. My lady charges me 140 bucks for both highlight and low light, some color and cuts. She always took time to talk to me before she started getting clear about what I wanted, and in the end she wasn't satisfied until I was like that. She usually spends 2.5-3 hours on my hair and she didn't work for others during appointments.. that why I'm getting a bargain on the service to begin with. that why I always tip her at least $40, and I usually buy my hair product from her was well (knowing I can get it cheaper elsewhere, But she makes money on selling and some more benefit to me is that she takes the time to tell me about the best use of the product and will provide me with samples.

I don't have too much money, and I go to a non-high-end beauty salon. If I were just pruning my hair, I would tip $ 2 to $10. If I get something else next to, such as highlights, I would tip $ over 10. It works in the 10-15% range. I went to chic places and got a nice haircut, but the guy gave me 50 bucks. nicer haircut than the girl gave me 35 dollars. haircuts? Are not. I gave 50 dollars. the guy $ 10. tip, because i feel a bit scared, but i really just wanted to give him 10 dollars I won't give anyone $ 30, a tip. they were paid to do a job. If they want to be paid more, they should just raise the price.
